Prior to purchasing a Gift Voucher

Payment will be required in full, at the time of ordering. We accept all major credit / debit cards.
What is the Kings Camps gift voucher
You are purchasing a gift voucher which can be used towards a Kings Camps booking – the gift voucher is for the specified time period.
This voucher can be used on multiple bookings, if it does not exceed the voucher amount.
The voucher can be used towards the total cost of a booking, any remaining balance due for the Kings Camps place will need to be paid via our usual payment options.
If the voucher amount is more than the booking amount, the balance will be held – but the balance will expire within 12 months from the date of purchase.
I can’t use the voucher, can I get a refund
All gift voucher purchases are final and non-refundable. The voucher is valid for specified time period. A full refund will be given if Kings Camps is no longer running, where there has been a change of venue, if we no longer offer a programme for your child’s age or if you have moved and there is no Kings Camps local to you.

How to claim your gift voucher
Your gift voucher will be emailed to you after purchase. You can share the digital gift voucher via email, or print a copy to give to the recipient. Please ensure you share your Order ID with the recipient, as this is their voucher reference when redeeming their gift voucher over the phone towards a Kings Camps booking.
When does my gift voucher expire?
The gift voucher is valid for the time period specified. You can use the voucher towards any Kings Camps booking that falls within that specified period.
I can no longer use the gift voucher
If you have a gift voucher which you do not use within the validity period, the gift voucher will be forfeited and the use by date cannot be extended. Refunds are at the discretion of Kings Camps in extenuating circumstances.
Refunds will be given if Kings Camps is no longer running, where there has been a change of venue, if we no longer offer a programme for your child’s age or if you have moved and there is no Kings Camps local to you.

Where is my nearest Kings Camps?
You can find a list of all of our locations at kingscamps.org/venue. Our 2025 dates will go live in mid-December ’24 – but at that point some may still be ‘to be confirmed’. Please note we don’t operate camps in London.
What age can children attend camp?
Kings Camps operate the Multi Active programme for children aged 5 – 14 year olds. For 15 – 17 year olds, we operate the Rookie Academy programme. Both programmes are available throughout the school holidays. Please check your venue for further details.
Booking a Kings Camps place
When using a gift voucher, please call 0114 2632160 to book with our Membership Team. If you do not already have a Kings Camps account, please create one online here before calling to make for a simpler booking experience.
The voucher can be used towards the total cost of a booking. If any remaining balance is due for the Kings Camps booking, payment will need to be made via our usual payment options (credit/ debit card, childcare vouchers). You will need to quote the Order ID provided by the purchaser / on the gift voucher confirmation email to redeem your gift voucher against your booking.
